Juventus should avoid signing Mauro Icardi because his agent Wanda Nara is too intrusive, according to the Bianconeri’s former owner Giovanni Cobolli Gigli.
Inter are desperately looking for a club who will buy their former captain but time is running out before the transfer window shuts.
Juventus appear to be the only club genuinely interested for now, but Gigli advised the Old Lady to steer clear of Maurito.
He told TMW Radio: “I don’t want to take anything away from Wanda but it seems to me she’s just too invasive a figure. She doesn’t appear to be suited the ‘Juventus style’.”
Inter are reportedly sill keen on swapping Icardi for Paulo Dybala, but Friday’s sports papers suggested Juve were still hesitant to arrange a deal and wanted to sell abroad instead.
Icardi’s relationship with the Nerazzurri deteriorated even further this morning when the club announced Romelu Lukaku had taken his no. 9 shirt.
