Ivan Perisic underwent a medical this morning ahead of his proposed transfer from Inter to Bayern Munich according to a report from BILD.

The Croatian winger is set to join the Bavarian club on a loan with redemption option basis and took his medical at Barmherzige Brüder hospital in the Nymphenburg district in Munich.

Upon leaving the hospital, Perisic confirmed to the gathered reporters that he had taken his medical and added ‘I will do my best.’

The 30-year-old then got in a car and headed for Bayern’s headquarters, where he will put pen to paper on his contract with the club.

Perisic joined Inter back in 2015 from German Bundesliga club Wolfsburg for around €15 million and has since went on to represent Inter no less than 163 times across all competitions.

Last season he made a total of 45 appearances across all competitions and scored nine goals and tallied eight assists in the process.
