Inter provided their own twist on International Left Handers Day earlier by naming an all-time left-footed Nerazzurri XI.

The line-up featured four treble-winning heroes with Julio Cesar, Marco Materazzi and Walter Samuel behind Esteban Cambiasso in midfield.

Adriano and Roberto Boninsegna were picked in a two-man attack with Alvaro Recoba playing as a no. 10.

Roberto Carlos was chosen at left wing-back with 1989 Scudetto winner Andy Brehme on the right.

Inter’s leftie XI (3-4-1-2): Julio Cesar; Mihajlovic, Materazzi, Samuel; Brehme, Corso, Cambiasso, Carlos; Recoba; Boninsegna, Adriano.
