Nice have made a move to re-sign Dalbert from Inter according to a report from Sky Sport transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
The Ligue 1 outfit have made what Di Marzio describes as an ‘important offer’ when it comes to personal terms to the Brazilian, who has never managed to live up to expectations since his circa €20 million arrival back in 2017.
Nice’s new owner wishes to bring Dalbert back to the club and it is understood that Dalbert much prefers a return to France over other clubs he has been linked with.
One of the clubs he is preferring Nice to is Fiorentina. Inter have been working on a swap deal with La Viola that would see them exchange Dalbert and Cristiano Biraghi and the Nerazzurri would ultimately rather do a deal with Fiorentina over Nice.
This past season the 25-year-old made just 12 appearances across all competitions in which he scored one goal and tallied one assist.
