Corriere della Sera have taken a look at the potential swap deal that could take place between Inter and Juventus that would see Mauro Icardi and Paulo Dybala exchanged.

“Inter winning the race to sign Romelu Lukaku was a big blow for the Bianconeri and giving the green light to the exchange with Dybala and Icardi would almost seem like a second defeat, this despite the substantial capital gain they would get on their budget,” the report begins.

“Moreover, Paulo has never opened to the possibility of moving to Inter and does not wish to betray the Juventus fans by joining the enemy.”

The report from the Milan based news paper concludes by taking a look at how the Bianconeri could acquire Icardi if the swap deal does not take place, which is looking unlikely at the moment.

“To get to Icardi, Juventus should make a straight cash offer between €70-80 million.”
