A swap deal between Inter and Juventus involving Mauro Icardi and Paulo Dybala could occur nearer the end of the transfer window according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

The potential deal will be by no means easy as it will mean Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta will have to sit around the negotiating table with former friend, now foe, Juventus director Fabio Paratici.

The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to state that the will of both players could well be the difference in this deal happening or not happening.

Dybala has knocked back several chances to leave Juventus this Summer – including a move to Premier League outfit Manchester United – as he seems intent on remaining with the Bianconeri. Icardi, who has been told he has no future at Inter, on the other hand is seemingly open to a move to the Turin club.
