Inter will play another friendly behind closed doors at their Angelo Moratti Sports Centre training ground today according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.
The Nerazzurri will take on Serie C outfit Gozzano which will perhaps be the team’s last chance to get some match fitness in their legs before their Serie A opener against Lecce in just over a weeks time.
Antonio Conte will be paying close attention to latest recruit Romelu Lukaku, who scored four goals in another match that was played behind closed doors soon after he joined.
Conte is hopeful that whilst the Belgian can keep up his goalscoring, he can showcase a better understanding for the game plan, now having had more time to train.
The report goes on to state that it will be interesting to see who plays alongside Lukaku up top between Matteo Politano, Sebastiano Esposito and Lautaro Martinez with whoever is picked then having an excellent chance at starting against Lecce.
