Inter are prepared to sacrifice Lautaro Martinez this month in order to sign Alexis Sanchez and Paulo Dybala together, according to La Repubblica.

Antonio Conte wants four top-level strikers in Milan this season but can only count upon El Toro, Romelu Lukaku and Matteo Politano at present.

Lautaro has interest from Paris Saint-Germain but the paper did not indicate how much money Inter would want for the striker.

A departure remains highly unlikely, in any case, because Dybala has rejected a move to Inter and wants to remain at Juventus.

Inter have been hoping to swap Dybala with Mauro Icardi all summer but La Joya’s commitment to the Bianconeri means this is nearly impossible.

Dybala’s entourage will hold talks with PSG later this week, while Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis will revive contact with Wanda Nara and try to obtain a ‘yes’ from Icardi.

The Partenopei would then present Inter an offer which includes Arkadiusz Milik, but the Nerazzurri appear to want €75 million in cash.

Icardi still wants to join Juventus and is waiting for the Italian champions to make their move.
