Stefano Sensi is in line make his full competitive debut for Inter when they begin their Serie A campaign against Lecce on Monday, according to Corriere dello Sport.

Matias Vecino and Marcelo Brozovic are expected to partner the Italian in central midfield, with Nicolò Barella forced to settle for a place on the bench.

Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez will start up front together but neither player has 90 minutes in their legs.

Danilo D’Ambrosio, Stefan de Vrij and Milan Skriniar will form Antonio Conte’s three-man defence, with Diego Godin unavailable due to a thigh injury.

Antonio Candreva and Kwadwo Asamoah will start on the wings as Conte considers naming an unchanged XI from Sunday’s practice match against Gozzano.

Godin is the only player who will be missing from the match-day squad, but the Uruguayan may recover in time to feature against Cagliari next weekend.

Inter’s possible starting XI vs Lecce (3-5-2): Handanovic; D’Ambrosio, De Vrij, Skriniar; Candreva, Vecino, Brozovic, Sensi, Asamoah; Lukaku, Lautaro.
