Inter have agreed a deal with Serie C side Arezzo to sell their Primavera captain Ryan Nolan, according to FcInterNews.it.

The Irish defender is out of contract with the Nerazzurri next summer and has been offered a three-year deal in Tuscany.

Arezzo’s director general Ermanno Pieroni is on good terms with Piero Ausilio and Steven Zhang and is prepared to offer Inter 50% of any future transfer fee.

Nolan has not accepted the move yet, though, because he is waiting to find out if any clubs in Serie B might be interested in him.

The 20-year-old made 42 appearances for Armando Madonna’s Primavera side last season, helping Inter finish second behind eventual league champions Atalanta.

Inter sent Nolan’s former academy teammate Marco Sala on loan to Arezzo twelve months ago, before goalkeeper Marco Pissardo joined on a free transfer in July.

Nolan was close to joining Championship side Leeds United earlier in August, but talks fell through on the final day of the English transfer window.

He was offered a three-year contract but backed away after discovering Leeds intended to loan him to Kilmarnock in Scotland.
