Inter enjoyed a moment of nostalgia yesterday as Wesley Sneijder was reunited with the Champions League trophy.
Sneijder attended Thursday’s draw in Monte Carlo, which saw Antonio Conte’s side sorted into a tough group alongside Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund and Slavia Prague.
The former Dutch international lifted the trophy nine years ago after helping Jose Mourinho’s side beat Bayern Munich at the Santiago Bernabeu.
“Two old friends meeting up again,” Inter joked on their Twitter profile.
