Any further moves on the transfer market will largely depend on what happens with Matteo Politano according to a report from Tuttosport.

Inter are not having to sell the Italian international but are listening to offers nevertheless and Fiorentina have submitted a €30 million offer including bonuses for him.

In the event Politano does depart, Inter have a replacement in mind in the shape of Eintracht Frankfurt’s Ante Rebic, who Inter will be able to pay for with the Politano money if he is to leave for such a sum.

Inter manager Antonio Conte is hopeful of a player who can act as Romelu Lukaku’s deputy and another midfielder arriving at the club before the window closes.

As things stand it is difficult to foresee Inter doing a deal for Barcelona’s Arturo Vidal but the club are at work on a loan deal for Daniel Bessa, who would help Inter meet squad requirements in UEFA competition due to his status as an Inter academy graduate.

The report goes on to state that defender Federico Dimarco could leave Inter on loan whilst Sassuolo striker Alessandro Matri could arrive on the same formula to be the deputy to Lukaku.
