New Parma signing Emerson Espinoza has confirmed that he could end up joining Inter in the future but knows if this is to happen he needs to perform well.

The 18-year-old defensive midfielder was a transfer deadline day addition for the Ducali yesterday and has arrived on a loan with option to buy basis from Uruguayan club Club Atletico Boston River.

“In the future Inter could buy me, now they will pay part of my transfer to Parma. I am going to Italy on loan with an option to buy the following year,” the Ecuadorian teenager remarked in an interview with Sports Area.

“It will all depend on my performances as to whether I stay at Parma or go to Inter.”

The Ecuador under 20 international, who will initially be playing for Parma’s Primavera side this season is also capable of playing as a centre back or as a central midfielder too.
