Andrea Pinamonti has shared the personal goals he has set himself for this season, his first with new club Genoa.
The Italian youngster left Inter earlier this Summer in a loan with obligation to buy deal although reports in the media have suggested that there is a gentleman’s agreement between the two clubs for the player to return to Inter.
“I want to improve upon the number of goals I scored last season and be able to play regularly for Genoa as it will be useful for my development and will therefore help me when I am playing for Italy,” he said in an interview with NewsCatania.com.
Pinamonti then shared his views on former teammate Mauro Icardi’s transfer deadline day switch to French giants Paris Saint Germain.
“It is really strange to see him away from Inter after he spent so many years in the Nerazzurri shirt. I can only wish him the best of luck at Paris Saint Germain and hope that it is a great season for him there.”
