Michael Yormark, the president of Roc Nation Sports Europe, the PR agency who look after Inter’s Romelu Lukaku has spoken on what Lukaku is like as a person.
“Romelu has important values, he loves his family, he believes in friendship and he is sensitive. He has a lot of heart. He is a gentle giant,” Yormark told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Lukaku is one of the most professional sportsmen I have ever dealt with in my career. He wakes up early to train, he works alone even beyond training with the team.
“He was born a leader and he loves his teammates. Inter have signed one of the best strikers in the world and with him you get the complete package.
“Inter have got an important player but also a man who has great influence from those around him, even off the field. He is already feeling good about the Inter fans. I believe that he represents the team and the club in the most professional way.”
Yormark was in attendance for Lukaku’s Inter debut against Lecce, a match in which he scored his first goal for.
“The passion of the fans impressed me. I watch football everywhere and at San Siro I found myself in one of the best environments in the world. Now I understand why Romelu was so excited by the idea of coming to play at Inter.”
