Calcio e Finanza journalist Marco Bellinazzo has discussed Inter’s activity during the recently closed Summer transfer window in comparison to what fellow Serie A title hopefuls Napoli did.

Inter completed several deals on both the incoming and outgoing fronts and broke their transfer record by signing Romelu Lukaku from Manchester United.

“I think Inter did more because they had to do more than Napoli, who already started the transfer market with a strong foundation to the team,” Belilinazzo remarked in an interview with CasaNapoli.net.

“The Nerazzurri had a difficult but courageous transfer market as they gave up three big players in Ivan Perisic, Radja Nainggolana and Mauro Icardi and then brought in top players like Diego Godin, Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez.”

In conclusion, the football finance expert shared his views on who he thinks will be the better side between Napoli and Inter in the years to come.

“In the next two or three years, Inter will be Juventus’ biggest rivals for the title.”
