Chilean national team manager Reinaldo Rueda is convinced that Alexis Sanchez’s transfer to Inter has already made a difference for him.

Firstly Rueda spoke on what he thinks went wrong for Sanchez at Manchester United.

“Many things like the weather can have an affect on things. He was signed by José Mourinho who then left the club. Sometimes you just end up in the wrong place but Alexis is happy now,” Rueda said in an interview with Spanish news outlet AS.

Rueda then went on to speak about Sanchez’s recent switch to Inter and the effect it has had on the player even at this early stage.

“His mood has totally changed after the change of club and he will show that on the pitch for Inter. He deserves it and we need him.”

30-year-old Sanchez joined Inter on a season long dry loan from United in the final days of the recently closed Summer transfer market. The new number seven was an unused substitute against Cagliari but could debut in Inter’s next match against his former employers Udinese.
