Chile national team manager Reinaldo Rueda has praised Inter attacker Alexis Sanchez for the performance he put in in the 0-0 friendly draw against Argentina.

“He put in a very good performance, considering that he had not played a full 90 minutes since the start of July,” Rueda told the gathered media after the match which was played in Los Angeles, California, USA.

“He played with great generousity, intelligence and made a great contribution to the national team. Players like him have great ancestry in the group.”
