After Belgium’s 4-0 victory over San Marino last night in the Euro 2020 qualifiers, Inter’s Belgian international striker Romelu Lukaku stated that he will never give up on his fight against racism, when speaking to the gathered press in the mixed zone after the game, according to Italian media outlet FcInterNews.

“I saw the messages. I’ve already said what I have to say, but I think it’s more important to talk about my performances with Inter. Let’s move on, but I’ll always fight against racism.”

The 26-year-old forward has scored in both of Inter’s first two Serie A games so far this season since completing his much publicized move from the Premier League outfit Manchester United, already proving Antonio Conte’s belief in the player to be justified.

The Nerazzurri are currently one of three teams with a perfect winning record in the league, alongside Juventus and Torino, having conceded just the 1 goal and scoring 6.
