Inter’s management are currently in the process of dealing with contract renewals for several first team players according to a report from Tutto Mercato Web.

The club have already got deals agreed with both Samir Handanovic and Danilo D’Ambrosio to extend their contracts by a further season and it appears as if only official confirmation is lacking for the pair of them.

Lautaro Martinez’s contract is also being looked at. The young Argentine striker is under contract already until 2023 but having now established himself for the Argentine national team, the Nerazzurri leadership are keen to tie him down to a new deal.

The 22-year-old has drawn links to Barcelona and has a €111 million release clause in his current deal which as per some reports, Inter chief executive Giuseppe Marotta will push to have removed.

Tutto Mercato Web go on to state that the latest player Inter have started contract renewal talks with is Kwadwo Asamoah.

Inter have already been in contact with his representatives as they wish to extend the Ghanaian defender’s deal from 2021 to 2022. Further talks are expected in the coming weeks.
