Inter striker Romelu Lukaku is expected to start in Inter’s upcoming three games against Udinese, Slavia Prague and AC Milan, despite worries from critics about his fitness, according to Milano based newspaper la Gazzetta dello Sport.

The 26-year-old Belgian striker featured in Belgium’s 4-0 victory over Scotland in a Euro 2020 qualifier earlier this week but his return to training has shown his impressive fitness, after worries about his physical condition when he moved from the Premier League earlier in the summer.

Already scoring in both of Inter’s opening games against Lecce and Cagliari, former Manchester United forward Lukaku has adapted well to coach Antonio Conte’s project with the Nerazzurri and will be a vital part of the club’s upcoming three games.

Tonight’s game against Udinese is a good chance to keep momentum following a strong opening to the championship, before next week’s Champions League opener followed by the ever-important Milan derby.
