A small fight broke out last night between Inter ‘ultras’ during the Nerazzurri’s 1-0 victory over Udinese, Milano based newspaper Corriere della Sera reports.

The report details how 66-year-old Vittorio Boiocchi assaulted fellow Inter ultra 60-year-old Franco Caravita, after a ‘vittorio uno di noi’ chant started in the Curva.

Boiocchi is a notorious Inter ultra who has a history of violent crime. Caravita approached Boiocchi following the chant and a discussion broke out, which saw the 66-year-old suddenly react violently and throw two punches towards the face of Caravita.

The tension in the Curva remained throughout the remainder of the game, with Boiocchi reportedly ‘smiling’ following the attack.

Later on the 66-year-old was struck by a previous hearth condition, unrelated to the incident, and was forced to undergo surgery.

It’s also reported that the victim, Caravita, has not filed a complaint against his assaulter due to an unwritten rule of settling matters between individuals rather than involving the police.
