Inter are already looking ahead to next week’s Champions League opener against Slavia Prague, with Milano based newspaper la Gazzetta dello Sport examining the Czech side.
The report details how Slavia Prague are unbeaten in 20 games, 15 of which are in the Czech topflight, with the club’s last loss against Zlin in April.
The Czech side won 3-0 yesterday against Slovacko, despite resting 3-4 key players as the team look to cause an upset at the San Siro next week against the Nerazzurri.
Slavia Prague are returning to the Champions League after 12 years and are in the toughest group, against top clubs like Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona and Inter.
Last season the Czech side reached the quarter finals of the Europa League, knocking out Spanish side Sevilla, before losing to eventual champions Chelsea over two legs.
A victory for the Nerazzurri against Slavia Prague is essential if the Nerazzurri are to progress from the group stages this season.
