Inter full-back Kwadwo Asamoah spoke to Italian broadcaster Rai Sport following the Nerazzurri’s 1-0 win over Udinese last night.
“We’re a team that’s working right now, but we’re missing a lot of parts, we’re just at the beginning. The three wins are important for our objectives.”
The defender also commented on Inter’s race against Juventus and Napoli for the championship.
“We have our own objectives; the important thing is that we improve and move forward in every match and every training session. We’re not at war with anyone, but we want to get there.”
The 30-year-old Ghanaian defender joined the Nerazzurri last summer from Juventus, where he spent 6 seasons. Contracted until 2021, Asamoah has made 45 appearances for Inter and registered three assists in that time.
The full-back also spent the first four seasons of his professional career at Udinese and was key in the Nerazzurri’s victory against his former club last night.
