Antonio Cassano has shared his views on a number of Inter related topics following the Nerazzurri’s 1-0 win over Udinese at the weekend.

“It is difficult to score goals in an Antonio Conte team. They play at a thousand miles per hour and there are always five or six players attacking at once,” the former Inter striker remarked as he appeared on Sport Mediaset show ‘Tiki Taka.’

He then had his say on Rodrigo de Paul’s sending off after he slapped Inter’s Antonio Candreva in the face.

“Candreva told De Paul not to dive. If this is considered provocation then Candreva should have been sent off too…”

Cassano then spoke fondly of former Inter teammate and current vice-president Javier Zanetti.

“He is someone that you always want in your team. He was always the same with three kilos of gel in his hair [laughs]. He gave the ball to me and ran. He always told us that we played well. I love him so much.”

The match saw Alexis Sanchez make his debut in Nerazzurri and Cassano is convinced that the Chilean can be a success this season.

“He can have a great season, he is ideal to partner Romelu Lukaku.”
