Just under 55,000 tickets have been sold for Inter’s Champions League opener against Slavia Prague tomorrow night according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

As things stand, this will be the lowest attendance of the season so far for Inter who have averaged 61,049 fans per home game this season.

The reduced attendance could be put down to the fact fans have little interest in going to see Slavia Prague compared to the likes of Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund, who Inter will also play in the group stage.

Inter head into tomorrow night’s match in perfect form having won each of their three Serie A games this season.

Slavia Prague meanwhile head into the game sitting top of the Czech league having won seven and drawn the other two of their nine games played. They were 3-0 winners over Slovacko at the weekend which was their third straight victory in league action.
