Inter legend Riccardo Ferri has shared his views following Inter’s disappointing 1-1 draw at home to Slavia Prague in the Champions League last night.
“The game was a bit painful to watch. Slavia Prague set themselves up well defensively and marked Marcelo Brozovic out of the game, as well as Romelu Lukaku,” Ferri said in an interview with Inter’s in-house channel Inter TV.
“The visiting side were superior and won every second ball. The draw is a result that certainly suits Inter, who were too slow. There are so many small things needing to be done.”
Ferri then went on to praise Inter Summer recruit Nicolo Barella, who scored the equalising goal for the Nerazzurri.
“Barella has made it clear that he is someone who does not like to lose and this is the right attitude to have.”
