Flamengo vice-president Marcos Braz will travel to Milan to meet face to face with Inter officials in Novemeber to hold talks over signing Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa according to a report from FCInterNews.it.
The Brazilian giants have already made an offer of €15 million to Inter but the Nerazzurri knocked the offer back due to wanting €20 million although the report warns that Inter may even demand more if Gabigol’s fine form continues between now and the expiration of his loan deal.
The report goes on to state that both Bordeaux and Sevilla made enquiries for the 23-year-old, who Inter forked out €30 million for back in 2016.
Inter are however in no rush to alert either of them because they first wish to find out what Flamengo’s intentions are.
Gabigol is also very keen to find out what the future holds for him having been able to get his career back on track during his time with the Rio de Janeiro club.
