Antonio Candreva and Romelu Lukaku should both be recovered and available for selection for Saturday night’s first Derby della Madonnina of the season Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.
Both Candreva and Lukaku, who have started in all of Inter’s matches to date, are currently dealing with injuries to their backs and their conditions will continue to be evaluated in the lead up to the match.
Candreva suffered bruising to his back in Tuesday night’s 1-1 draw in the Champions League with Slavia Prague whilst Romelu Lukaku tweaked his back in the warm-up against Udinese and was visibly struggling in that match and Tuesday’s match too.
The report also goes on to state that Inter manager Antonio Conte is keen to see his side rediscover the same concentration and determination levels that they showcased in their first three Serie A games – all of which they were victorious in – as they can not afford to get the Milan derby wrong.
