Ismael Bennacer: “We Have To Win The Derby, Inter Is A Great Team”

AC Milan midfielder Ismael Bennacer has admitted he is treating this weekend’s first Derby della Madonnina of the season as he would any other game.

“We all have to think the same way about every match. The derby for our fans is more important maybe, but for us it is a match where there are three points up for grabs,” he explained in an interview with CalcioMercato.com.

“The Milan derby is a game that every player would like to play in. We can not say that there is a team stronger than the other at the moment, let’s see on the field who is.

He concluded the interview: “We have to win because this match is the first big test of the season for us, Inter is a great team and we will see that on Saturday.”

AC Milan will be playing the role of hosts at San Siro this time round with kick-off scheduled for 20:45 CET on Saturday.
