Two renderings of the possible new Inter and AC Milan stadium have been published for the first time in Rome based newspaper il Corriere dello Sport, with both photos showing very little of what surrounds the stadium.

Starting with the Populous render, there is a ‘Citylife style’ skyscraper and another small one, whereas the Cmr render shows both towers as well as a small park, intended to preserve the current lawn of the San Siro.

The height of the tall tower is estimated to be 143 meters, expected to house offices. The feasibility report also details two other towers, one 97 meters tall and the other 68 meters tall.

The towers are part of the overarching project by the two clubs, which also includes a shopping centre, to breath more economic life into the area.

The City Council is currently divided on the issue of demolishing the San Siro, with No votes coming from the centre-right groups, as well as centre-left party PD.
