Ex-Palermo Manager Francesco Guidolin: “Antonio Conte Will Have To Work Harder To Make Inter Stronger”

Former Palermo manager Francesco Guidolin spoke to Italian media outlet DAZN following the Nerazzurri’s 2-0 victory over AC Milan last night in the Milanese derby.

“Conte will have to work harder to make his team even stronger.”

The former Verona midfielder also spoke about Milan manager Marco Giampaolo.

“Giampaolo will also have to work hard. Milan has fought, but still has to grow. Little reaction after the two goals conceded.”

Inter are currently top of the league table after a perfect start in the championship, with four wins in four games over teams including Milan, Lecce and Cagliari.

Inter’s next game in the league is against Lazio next week, as coach Antonio Conte looks to extend his lead at the top of the league table, currently two points ahead of second placed Juventus.

Milan are currently struggling to find their feet in the league with new coach Marco Giampaolo, losing to Inter last night and Udinese on opening day.
