Gazzetta dello Sport have taken a look at how Romelu Lukaku has integrated into his new surroundings at Inter following his club record arrival in the Summer from Manchester United.
“The goals have helped him get into the hearts of the fans quickly but Romelu Lukaku is doing a lot more to conquer Inter,” the report begins.
“The feeling with the Nerazzurri world was mutual from the start and now Lukaku is the poster boy of Inter that is trying to challenge Juventus. His post-Milan interviews in a practically perfect Italian are a sign of his full integration into his new adventure.
“After having lived the first month in a hotel a stone’s throw from San Siro, at the beginning of September, Lukaku moved to the area of Porta Nuova, not far from the headquarters of Inter. It is a temporary solution as he awaits to move into the City Life district, the trendy neighbourhood where many of his teammates live.”
The report goes on to explain that Lukaku is keeping a low profile off the pitch.
“After the derby Romelu had dinner with Lazaro and some friends, on Sunday he had lunch with his agent Federico Pastorello and his daughters Sofia and Vittoria. Normal things for a normal giant.”
