Inter have raised their asking price for Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa following his continued good form and Brazilian national team call-up according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The young striker is currently on loan at Brazilian club Flamengo, who are understood to want to sign him on a permanent basis. Inter increasing their demands for Gabigol could however price the Mengao out of a move for him.

As per the report, Inter are now looking for at least €25 million to part ways with Gabigol, who they forked out €30 million for back in 2016.

Premier League outfit West Ham United have taken a keen interest in signing Gabigol and the Hammers interest could well be enough to convince Gabigol to give European football a third attempt after difficult spells with both Inter and Benfica.

Since joining Flamengo back in January, the 23-year-old has been in simply sensational form and has arguably been able to get his promising career back on track.
