Sergej Milinkovic-Savic wishes to make a real impression at San Siro tonight as his Lazio side travel to Milan to take on Inter according to a report from Il Messaggero.

“He dreams of impressing again at San Siro. It will not be easy for him to repeat his exploits, especially since he has such a solid, confident and winning Inter in front of him but the all-rounder likes impossible challenges. He knows he is one of the strongest in his role in Italy,” the report explains.

“The Serbian has encouraged his teammates to react after the disappointments against SPAL and Cluj and a personal desire to redeem himself. He is fundamental for Lazio, but the match is also fundamental for him and his career.”

The 24-year-old has drawn links to a host of clubs through the years, including tonight’s opponents, Inter. Inter chief executive Giuseppe Marotta is a particularly big fan of him and Il Messaggero claim that Inter made their interest known to Lazio at the end of the Summer transfer window.
