Inter owners Suning could give Inter manager Antonio Conte a January transfer window gift, perhaps in the shape of Sergej Milinkovic-Savic according to a report from Milan based news outlet Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter have made the perfect start to their 2019/20 Serie A campaign and the win over Lazio made it five wins from five games for Conte’s Inter.

Despite this, it still appears as if Inter are lacking something in the midfield department, even though the performances of Stefano Sensi and Nicolo Barella have been really positive at this early stage of the season.

The Nerazzurri have long drawn links with the Serbian midfielder, who received a great deal of applause by the Inter fans for his performance when he was substituted in Inter’s 1-0 win over Lazio last night at San Siro.

The 24-year-old has made six appearances across all competitions for the capital city club this season and has so far contributed two assists in 424 minutes on the park.
