Inter manager Antonio Conte will make several changes to the Inter side that faced Lazio in mid-week to take on Sampdoria tomorrow in view of next week’s match with Barcelona according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

Danilo D’Ambrosio will slot back into central defence having played at right wing back against Lazio in order to allow Diego Godin some rest ahead of the Champions League clash against the Spanish giants.

Kwadwo Asamoah will be back having been rested against Lazio and Antonio Candreva will fill in at right wing back for D’Ambrosio.

Alexis Sanchez could well also be given his first start since his Summer arrival from Manchester United and could partner Lautaro Martinez in the attack, meaning that Romelu Lukaku would be rested.

The Nerazzurri head into this match sitting pretty at the top of the Serie A table after a perfect start and will be up against a Sampdoria side currently rooted to the bottom of the table.
