Inter coach Antonio Conte’s starting XI for tonight’s match away to Sampdoria remains a mystery, writes Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

With tough matches against Barcelona and Juventus on the horizon next week, Conte will be forced to rotate his side to keep key players fit and healthy. As such, 20-year-old Alessandro Bastoni is expected to start ahead of former Atletico Madrid defender Diego Godin.

Whilst Stefano Sensi is set to return on the pitch, former Cagliari star Nicolo Barella is likely to be rested this evening to keep him healthy for next week’s games. Antonio Candreva and Kwadwo Asamoah will play on the wings, with Roberto Gagliardini partnering Sensi in the middle.

Milan Skriniar will move to the right-hand side of the back three to accommodate Bastoni, who is the only left-footed defender in Conte’s squad.

Inter’s probable XI vs Sampdoria (3-5-2): Handanovic; Skriniar, De Vrij, Bastoni; Candreva, Gagliardini, Brozovic, Sensi, Asamoah; Lautaro, Sanchez.
