Inter forward Matteo Politano spoke to Italian media outlet Inter TV today ahead of the Nerazzurri’s game against Sampdoria this evening.
“We had a great match against Lazio, we know that today we have an even more difficult match because Samp at home want to get points, so we have to be good. They’re going to be an aggressive team that will try to play the game even if they are behind. Goals from midfield? We try the movements in training, with forwards and midfielders, who often get to shoot.”
Coach Antonio Conte will be hoping the Nerazzurri can continue their perfect run in the league, with Inter winning all five of their first games so far this season, including a derby victory over city rivals AC Milan.
Next weekend Inter face Juventus in one of the most important Derby d’Italia games in recent years, with both teams neck and neck at the top of the table.
