Inter midfielder Roberto Gagliardini spoke to Inter TV following the Nerazzurri’s 3-1 win over Sampdoria this evening in the Serie A
“Playing in Genoa brings me luck. I’m happy with the goal and especially with the victory. I think we had a great first half, in which we could have scored other goals as well. Then the red card came and immediately a goal was scored, but on the pitch I never had any doubts or thought that the team had broken down.”
“But we were afraid of losing our direction, however we always remained calm and compact, coming to the end of the game without suffering too much. Anyone who plays knows what to do, then everyone has their own characteristics.”
Inter are currently top of the league table after a perfect start to the season, winning their first six games in a row in the league. Juventus are two points behind the Nerazzurri in second place, after a frustrating draw to Fiorentina earlier this month.
