Known football agent Alessandro Canovi has shared his views on Mauro Icardi’s recent transfer to French powerhouses Paris Saint Germain.
Icardi completed a Summer transfer deadline day switch to the Parc des Princes outfit, who have an option to sign him on a permanent basis for a reported sum of €65 million at the end of the season.
“He has all the qualities to do well at PSG but he also has a lot of competition. PSG have got their hands on the potential heir to Edinson Cavani, in Icardi. PSG signing him on a permanent basis will depend on many different things,” he said in an interview with Tutto Mercato Web.
26-year-old Icardi, who still has three years left to run on his contract with Inter, has made two appearances to date since his arrival in the French capital but has so far been unable to make any goal contributions in 88 minutes on the park.
