Former manager Giovanni Galeone has praised Inter manager Antonio Conte for the start he has made to life as manager of the Nerazzurri.

Inter have started the 19/20 Serie A campaign in perfect fashion by winning all six of their games to date.

“Conte always moans and moans but when the club he is at buys him the players he wants, he always manages to get the result that he wants,” Galeone remarked in an interview with the gathered reporters at a Milano Calcio City event.

“Last year Inter was doing well, Luciano Spalletti done a very good job but now with Conte, who had the likes of Stefano Sensi, Romelu Lukaku, Nicolo Barella, Diego Godin and Alexis Sanchez signed, the team has undoubtedly strengthened.

Galeone, who managed Pescara and Udinese among others in a 31 year managerial career, concluded: “Even in his short time in charge, Conte has succeeded in conveying his mentality to the team to further develop his tactical ideas.
