Journalist and commentator Fabio Caressa has heaped praise on Juventus for the way in which they performed in their 2-1 victory over Inter last night in the first Derby D’Italia of the season.

“The experiment we saw with Paulo Dybala, Gonzalo Higuain and Cristiano Ronaldo all playing at the same time was interesting but when Higuain came on it seemed as if Inter gained a bit more ground in the midfield,” Caressa remarked in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.

“Juventus, let’s be clear here, are very strong. Every time they have to face a test, they pass it and prove to bevery strong. In the past few years this has always been the case.”

He concluded by touching upon Inter defender Diego Godin, who struggled against the pace of Juventus’ wide-men.

“He is a great leader but we also seen him get into a little difficulty playing the same position against Barcelona.”
