Manchester United are hopeful of finding someone to take Alexis Sanchez off their hands permanently this coming Summer according to a report from British tabloid The Sun.

The struggling Premier League club are understood to be wanting £25 million, approximately €28 million, and a source from within the Old Trafford club has told The Sun: “The plan is to get some money back and use that to pay off most of his contract.

“There is a hope that he has a good spell at Inter and they or another club want to take him off our hands next summer. We have a fair valuation as he still has a few good years left in him based on his age and his strong reputation.”

The 30-year-old versatile attacker has made four appearances to date since his Summer transfer window switch to the Nerazzurri. In 129 minutes on the park, the Chilean international has contributed one goal and one assist.
