Valentino Lazaro could return to former club Hertha Berlin on loan for the second half of this season according to a report from Tutto Mercato Web.

The Austrian international only joined Inter this Summer in a circa €20 million deal from the Bundesliga side but has has been limited to just one substitute appearance for the club for a total of 41 minutes on the park.

An injury soon after his arrival certainly has not helped his cause as his time on the sidelines has allowed other players to establish their place in the team at the right wing back slot.

With Inter set to face another packed schedule in the coming weeks, things could obviously change for the 23-year-old, who could see increased minutes.

The player himself has recently admitted he is looking to further improve himself and force his way into the plans of Inter manager Antonio Conte, who has so far preferred Antonio Candreva and Danilo D’Ambrosio to Lazaro.
