Inter are keeping tabs on Real Madrid attacker Marco Asensio with a view to a possible move for him next Summer according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The Nerazzurri are long term admirers of the Spaniard and as recently as this Summer they made an enquiry to Los Blancos about his availability although they were quickly told that there was no chance he would be leaving.

The 23-year-old has yet to play this season due to rupturing his cruciate ligament during pre-season but is widely regarded as one of the top up-and-coming Spanish talents.

Last season he made 44 appearances across all competitions for the Spanish giants. In 2370 minutes, Asensio scored six times and provided an assist for teammates on nine occasions.

The report goes on to claim that Spanish international Asensio has the ambition to one day play in Serie A which will certainly only help Inter’s cause if they are to go in for him again in the future.
