Inter duo Danilo D’Ambrosio and Nicolo Barella will start for the Italian national team in tonight’s EURO 2020 qualifier against Greece according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.

D’Ambrosio will be deployed in his favoured right back role in Roberto Mancini’s 4-3-3 system whilst Barella will be played on the left hand side of the three man midfield, which Marco Verratti and Jorginho will also be a part of.

Inter’s other representatives in the national team in Cristiano Biraghi will meanwhile have to settle for starting on the bench at the Stadio Olimpico against the Greeks, who have not won any of their last five qualifiers.

Italy head into this game on the brink of securing qualification with thanks to having won all six of their EURO 2020 qualifiers to date.

Probably Italy Starting XI (4-3-3): Gianluigi Donnarumma; Danilo D’Ambrosio, Leonardo Bonucci, Francesco Acerbi, Leonardo Spinazzola; Marco Verratti, Jorginho, Nicolo Barella; Federico Chiesa, Ciro Immobile, Lorenzo Insigne.
