Both Inter and AC Milan made enquiries to Bayern Munich with regards to the availability of attacker Thomas Muller during the Summer transfer window according to a report from German news outlet Kicker.

In recent days, news has broken that Muller is unhappy with his playing time situation with the Bundesliga giants and wants out of the club as soon as possible unless things are to change.

The 30-year-old, who has represented the German national team on no less than 100 occasions, has spent his entire senior career with Bayern Munich, and has made a total of 495 appearances for the club across all competitions.

Reports in recent months have suggested that Muller was going to see out his contract with the club, which expires at the end of next season, before embarking on a new adventure away from Bavaria but that new adventure looks like it will be happening sooner than that.
