Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal, who was approached multiple times by Inter over the summer, gave an exclusive interview to Spanish newspaper SPORT discussing the Champions League game against the Nerazzurri.

“I don’t know if it was me who changed the course of the match, but I felt very comfortable. When I enter the pitch, I just think about giving everything I have, helping my teammates and doing everything I need to get to victory.”

The 32-year-old Chilean midfielder also discussed this summer’s transfer market and the interest in him.

“I’m happy to stay, I want to win so many trophies here. I’ve become what I like, important for the team, as I’ve always done in my career. I won’t change team every time the market opens.”

Vidal joined the Catalan club last summer from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich in a deal worth around €20 million on a three-year contract, winning the league with the Blaugrana last season.
