Olivier Giroud has threatened that if his playing situation does not change at Chelsea then he could be forced into having to leave the club in the upcoming January transfer window.

The Frenchman has been limited to just 191 minutes this season and has drawn links to several clubs in advance of the window opening on January 1 including Inter, who are on the look-out for a new striker with it looking likely that they will have to do without Alexis Sanchez for several months.

“I am 33, I still have the legs legs and I have a body that will allow me to play a few more years. I have a healthy lifestyle and I feel good physically,” he told the gathered media following France’s EURO 2020 qualifier draw with Turkey.

“I want to have fun and play more games. Chelsea is my priority but afterwards if in the end I am forced to make a choice, I will do it, like I did when I left Arsenal.”
